Yay for goal lists! If you take a west coast road trip, you should come up to Victoria while you're at it. I need to work on a new list for myself. I think I need to focus it more on my big goals and breaking them down into little ones, but some other things I've always wanted to do would be good too.
Well, you know it *is* one of my goals to meet long-time internet friends! ;) Plus, I"d love to see Victoria.
Yes, this is my "when I'm an old lady I want my life to look like this" list, but I'm leaving out family-type goals and career specifics, as I don't know what those look like yet.
awesome!!!! the only item on my "life list" is to make a life list.
Lets get a fold out table and some markers and head to Balboa Park. #69999999 haaaaay
Tina, you should be a full-time Free Crappy Portraits artist, except that obvs, your art is tooooo fiiiiine.
I know you said they are in no particular order, but "cook a rabbit" should definitely be top-5.
There are fresh, organic, free-range rabbits for sale at the farmers market on Saturdays! I'll make it when you finally visit!
this is a massive list! I personally love the first one! I love my guitar and wish I took more time to play it! it's a very soothing and peaceful sound! (from BYW) - kg
What an inspiring life list and blog post!
I especially like your goals of painting, visiting different continents, and completing The Artist's Way!
So nice to meet you through BYW.
All the best,
Mary

Awesome list!
Here's my tip for #13: Get on a program designed by someone else, and rope a partner into doing it with you. Plan+peer pressure= exercise success. The only times I've stuck with an exercise routine were on teams in high school, on a marathon training program, and doing Insanity with the BF. Just joining a gym never stuck, nor did designing my own routines.
I'm down to join you for #41 & #61, I even have clockworks in my abandoned crafts pile!
Good tips, Larisa. I've started Couch to 5k about 5 times, so that's my program designed by someone else. My most successful program was when I was living with my mom and we went to a chicks only gym--I'm too antisocial to have friend (of reasonably similar fitness starting point) to work out with right now. Going to the gym with my husband makes me grouchy. Heh.
But seriously, let's have a lamp-and-clock (or clock lamps!) making day soon! xo
In regards to #63, have you forgotten the family portrait of us in our baseball/softball uniforms? If you like I will take a picture of it and post it so you can remember.
Thank you, Kerry and Mary! I"m loving BYW!
Haha Dad, I meant an intentionally silly family picture, that also looks good. Maybe I should have been more clear? ;)
I love life lists! I've had one for a long time, but need to make some more progress on it. I notice that you list painting and also have a link to Get Your Paint On in the sidebar - have you ever taken one of those classes? I'm thinking about doing it some time!
Great list! I'm not going to lie and say how cool I feel that I did two of them of our recent euro trip (bone church outside prague, visit croatia). Both were amazing, highly recommended, and definitely deserve to be on this list!
